Class schedule may vary. Saturday classes vary weekly. 24 hour notice required to cancel or reschedule a session.   Any cancellation or rescheduled class with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a full session fee.  Class schedule subject to change.  Classes are by appointment only. In order to register into Level 2 classes you must have completed 30 sessions and/or be approved by the instructor.  NOTE: Please be advised that if you have any back problems or other conditions/injuries, this class may not suit your needs.

BOOTCAMP

Are you ready to take your work-out to the next level?

If so, this class is for you! Bootcamp is an advanced class that incorporates Speed, Agility, Power, Functional Training into one dynamic and energetic class. This class will promote muscular strength, endurance, core stability and when done regularly, will help promote weight loss and increased muscle tone. Must wear tennis shoes! Heart Rate Monitor Highly Recommended!
