Private/Semi-Private Pilates
This type of training is intended for clients who need or desire an individualized program to help meet specific health and fitness goals. The Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Step Barrel, and Mat are all utilized in order to help each individual accelerate his/her results. Clients who attend two or more Private Pilates sessions each week have access to cardiovascular equipment at The Studio.
Private/Semi-Private Functional Training
This type of training includes Pilates as well as Functional Strength Training. Functional Training is an integrated
approach to strength training focused on exercising multiple muscles and joints together instead of working
muscles in isolation as with conventional strength training. This type of training emphasizes the body's core
muscles - abdomen and back - as stabilizers. Pilates apparatus as well as strength training equipment, such as free
weights, medicine balls and other balance and agility equipment are all utilized in each personal program. Clients
who attend two or more Private Training sessions each week have access to cardiovascular equipment at The
Studio.
